Creative direction. Real experiences. Ideas brought to life.
I’m Eva Wolf — entrepreneur, creative director, strategist, and founder of ASK WOLF and Wild Minds Initiative.
For more than a decade, I’ve moved between business, branding, events, photography, digital experiences, and community building. Different formats. Same instinct: Take an idea, give it direction, and make it real.
I never really built my career in a straight line.
I started with events.
Then photography and videography.
Then digital.
Then marketing.
Then SaaS.
Then agency life.
Then community.
What looked like constant reinvention was actually one long education in how people discover, understand, experience, and remember things.
Today, that mix is what I bring into every project.
Strategy when it needs clarity.
Creative direction when it needs a point of view.
Production when it needs to exist in the real world.
“I’ve never been interested in staying in one lane. I’m interested in making good ideas real.”
I founded Wolf Event’s, a nonprofit in Normandy built around culture, art, music, and local business.
The idea was simple: create experiences that brought people together while giving independent businesses and artists more visibility.
One year later, I launched my career as an independent event planner, producing large-scale experiences with thousands of attendees across Normandy and the Paris region.
Long before I called it experiential marketing, I was already obsessed with what happens when the right people, story, and atmosphere collide.
I left France for what became a two-year backpacking journey through Southeast Asia and Australia.
I originally wanted to learn English.
Instead, I also discovered scuba diving, photography, videography, digital communications, and a very different way of looking at the world.
That period changed the way I create.
I became much more interested in storytelling through images, places, people, and experiences — not just words.
During the pandemic, my work shifted heavily into digital.
I deepened my skills in web development, marketing, project management, and digital business.
I also taught project management and entrepreneurship in universities and business schools in France and built an online education platform for entrepreneurs.
That chapter taught me how to take complex ideas and turn them into something structured, understandable, and actionable.
I’d keep the teaching in the timeline because it happened — but no longer position it as something you still sell.
A side project I had been developing since 2019 became Squadmate, a project management platform designed to better connect freelancers and business needs.
I presented it at international technology events including BETT London, Web Summit Lisbon, and VivaTech Paris.
It was my first real immersion into the startup and SaaS world — and one of the experiences that taught me the most about product, technology, fundraising, positioning, and how difficult it actually is to build something scalable.
After experiencing firsthand how complicated it can be to connect strategy, creative, digital, and execution, I built ASK WOLF.
What started as a collaborative marketing agency evolved into a strategy-first creative agency working across brand strategy, digital experiences, and growth systems.
It also gave me something I’d been looking for for years:
A team around the ideas.
I expanded ASK WOLF to Austin, Texas and began working more deeply across the U.S. entrepreneurial ecosystem.
That move pushed my work beyond marketing and further into creative strategy, brand transformation, digital experiences, and growth.
New country.
New network.
New chapter.
Same habit of building from scratch.
After years of building events, brands, businesses, and communities, I came back to something that had been there from the beginning: People.
I founded Wild Minds Initiative, a nonprofit creating spaces for culture, connection, opportunity, and experimentation.
In many ways, it brought everything together.
Events.
Community.
Brands.
Creativity.
Business.
Access.
The things I had spent years building separately finally started making sense as one ecosystem.
I can move between the big idea and the details required to make it happen.
I’ve built my own companies, launched products, produced events, hired teams, lost money, changed direction, and started again.
I understand what execution actually feels like.
Brand, events, digital, photography, production, business — I don’t see them as separate boxes.
The best brands, experiences, and businesses all have one thing in common:
They make people feel something.
Business. Creativity. Community. The messy part in between.
I speak about entrepreneurship, creative thinking, brand building, community, innovation, and what it really takes to turn ideas into something people care about.
Real stories.
Real lessons.
Very few corporate clichés.
A launch. An experience. A campaign. A visual story. An idea that needs direction.
Let’s make it real.
