Eva Wolf provides creative and professional services including:
Services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger branding, digital experience, website, or growth-system engagements, services may be provided separately through ASK WOLF LLC under its own proposal, agreement, and terms.
All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment schedules are confirmed through a written proposal, estimate, statement of work, or agreement before work begins.
A deposit or initial payment may be required to reserve project dates and begin work.
Remaining payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, bank transfer, or another agreed payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, travel, third-party production expenses, venue fees, talent, equipment rentals, or other project-specific costs.
International clients are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or reporting requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
Because projects vary in scope, cancellation and rescheduling terms are defined in the applicable project agreement.
Deposits and payments already applied toward completed work, reserved production dates, third-party expenses, or non-refundable commitments may not be refundable.
For speaking engagements, events, photography, film, or production work, cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on travel, venue, crew, production, and scheduling commitments.
Force majeure events outside either party’s reasonable control will be handled in good faith and according to the applicable project agreement.
Services are limited to the scope outlined in the approved proposal or agreement.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, or a separate project phase.
Any significant change to deliverables, timing, production requirements, or creative direction must be agreed upon before additional work begins.
Client materials supplied for a project remain the property of the client.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment has been received.
Concepts, drafts, unused creative directions, working files, methodologies, processes, templates, and other materials not included as final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Eva Wolf.
Third-party assets, fonts, music, stock imagery, software, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, Eva Wolf may display completed public-facing work in portfolios, websites, social media, award submissions, case studies, presentations, or other promotional materials.
Confidential or unreleased work will not be publicly shared before launch without permission.
For photography, film, and production projects, usage rights, licensing, talent releases, locations, production expenses, and final deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Raw files and unedited footage are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Final delivery timelines may depend on production scope, approvals, and post-production requirements.
Event and experiential projects may involve third-party vendors, venues, contractors, sponsors, talent, equipment providers, and production partners.
Eva Wolf is not responsible for delays, cancellations, failures, or actions caused by independent third parties beyond reasonable control.
Any third-party costs or commitments will be outlined or approved separately.
Speaking, moderation, workshops, and event-hosting engagements may require separate agreements covering fees, travel, accommodations, recording permissions, cancellations, and usage rights.
Recording or redistribution of speaking content is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
Client information, internal materials, strategies, unreleased concepts, and confidential business information will be treated confidentially.
Where necessary, separate NDAs or confidentiality agreements may be executed.
Eva Wolf does not guarantee specific commercial, financial, marketing, attendance, sales, or growth results from creative or strategic services.
Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, implementation decisions, regulatory compliance, and approval of deliverables.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability relating to a specific engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement, unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.
Personal information submitted through this website is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by evawolf.online.
